Content Capital Finance Australia Ltd ABN 23 069 663 136 (CFAL) is a provider of finance under the HP Channel Finance Program promoted by HP Financial Services (Australia) Pty Ltd ABN 86 082 062 413 (HPFS).
CFAL has permission to use the ''HP'' logo appearing on this document. However, CFAL does not have an exclusive relationship with Hewlett-Packard Company or any of its group companies including HPFS.
Financing contracts may be between a customer and either CFAL or HPFS. Where a financing contract is with CFAL or its related entities, HPFS is not responsible for any aspect of the financing arrangement.

Terms and conditions subsequently and mutually agreed to in writing shall prevail over all previous terms and conditions as may be provided by the Financier. Either party may terminate discussions and negotiations regarding a possible transaction at any time, without cause and without any liability whatsoever. Rates are current at the time of publication and are subject to change without prior notice.
