How it Works

You have a choice of three Pay per use payment options including:

• Level Pay Billing: Monthly flat fee based on projected consumables usage; yearly adjustment based on actual usage.
• Base Plus Click Billing: Base fee covers HW plus fixed services. Click-charge only on variable cost. A minimum page commitment is required.
• Cost Per Page Billing: A monthly bill, where the payment aligns with usage, on the actual number of pages used times the cost per page. Requires a minimum page commitment by product category.

Pay per use services for Imaging and Printing are a subset of HP's Total Print Management (TPM). TPM, an integrated family of software, hardware, and services, is a complete solution that makes it easier to control a printing and imaging environment, maximize productivity, optimise performance, and lower costs. Pay per use for Imaging and Printing is offered on most of HP commercial printing products.
