Receive cash or credit for your equipment 
HP Financial Services will remove equipment that no longer meets your needs - whether Compaq, HP, or another manufacturer. At one of our global Technology Renewal Centers, our engineers audit and evaluate the equipment. If it meets certain requirements, we may offer to pay you cash for those products.

As part of our asset recovery process, we will remove customer identification and wipe proprietary data from the hard drives using industry standard software.

Asset disposition
Sometimes the equipment has truly outlived its technological and economic life. We have created a team of experts and a process for managing these end-of-life products. Our process separates non-marketable materials into commodities that can either be recycled or managed via our approved hazardous materials controls, and is in accordance with environmental laws. For your security, we use industry standard software to remove customer identification and wipe proprietary data.
